Who we are
Mobitrend Solutions is a mobile phone and accessories retailer based in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. We started behind a single glass counter selling cases and screen guards, and we still run that counter. The difference is that the same stock now ships anywhere in India.
We carry 350 products across 14 departments: smartphones and tablets, cases and screen protection, charging and power banks, audio, adapters, storage, car accessories, wearables, gaming, creator gear and computer accessories.
How we buy
Everything comes through authorised Indian distributors. That matters more than it sounds. Counterfeit memory cards, recycled cables and grey-market handsets are common in this trade, and they are the reason a warranty claim gets refused six months later. We print the batch details on your invoice so a service centre can trace the unit.
What we will and will not tell you
Product pages carry the specification the manufacturer publishes, not a rewritten version of it. Where a claim is hard to verify, such as a power bank's usable output against its rated capacity, we say so on the page rather than repeating the number on the box.
If a product is not right for your phone, we would rather tell you before you buy. Message us on WhatsApp with your model and we will check compatibility.
The shop counter
Walk in and we will fit a tempered glass while you wait, try a case on your own handset, set up a new smartwatch, or mount a phone holder in your car. There is no charge for any of that when you buy the item from us.
Support after the sale
You have seven days from delivery to raise a return on a damaged, faulty or wrongly described item. After that, warranty claims go through the brand service centre and we help you raise the ticket and track it. Read the returns policy and the warranty page for the detail.
