What the statuses mean
| Status | What is happening |

| Confirmed | We have your order and payment is cleared, or cash on delivery is approved. |
| Packed | Picked from the shelf, checked and sealed at our Indirapuram warehouse. |
| Shipped | Handed to the courier. You get a tracking link by SMS and email. |
| Out for delivery | With the delivery agent. Keep your phone reachable. |
| Delivered | Signed for. Your 7-day return window starts now. |
