We ship to serviceable PIN codes across all Indian states and union territories. Enter your PIN code on any product page to check before you order. If a courier does not reach you, call us and we will look for an alternative carrier.

Dispatch and delivery times
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day from our Ghaziabad warehouse. Orders placed after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, go out on the next working day.

These are the courier's working estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and festival volumes can add a day or two, and we will tell you if we know a parcel is delayed.
Tracking
You get an SMS and an email with a tracking link when the courier collects the parcel. You can also enter your order number on the track order page.
Delivery attempts
Couriers make up to three attempts. Keep the mobile number on the order reachable, because agents call before arriving. If all three attempts fail the parcel returns to us, and we refund the order minus the outbound shipping.
Checking your parcel
Open the parcel while the delivery agent is still there if the outer packaging looks damaged or the weight seems wrong. Record a video if you can. It makes a damaged-in-transit claim far quicker to settle.
